Terms & Conditions

1. CARTOON NEWS MAGAZINE is now available by individual e-mail delivery. No printed copies of the magazine will be published after the May/June 2001 issue.

2. Cartoons will be e-mailed almost daily to subscribers (5 - 6 news cartoons per week). E-mailing of accompanying features (such as "Find The...",  "Dot-to-Dot", etc.) will be made bi-monthly. Cartoons will be sent to subscribers by exclusively accessible links (codes), in beautiful color, together with a very brief event summary, questions and answers.

3. Subscribers must print out, complete, sign and mail in this SUBSCRIPTION FORM along with check or money order payment. Schools may send in  Purchase Order. (Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards). 
No subscriptions will be accepted without this signed SUBSCRIPTION FORM.

4. Both sides may cancel the subscription at any time, no questions asked. The balance of any remaining subscription will be refunded upon cancellation.

5. CARTOON NEWS MAGAZINE will not maintain an on-line archive of cartoons. Subscribers may print out cartoons for their own personal usage only. Schools may print out cartoons for classroom use only. Library subscribers may print out the cartoons and present them as reference material. In no event may any user send or forward any cartoons without prior written approval from CARTOON NEWS MAGAZINE.

6. Any unauthorized usage of the cartoons e-mailed by CARTOON NEWS MAGAZINE to you, including but not limited to, publication or any other profit-making activities whatsoever, will be subject to legal action.

7. CARTOON NEWS MAGAZINE will not repeat an e-mailing under any circumstances, including but not limited to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or server problems. Repeating an e-mailing would disrupt our entire system. It is the subscriber's responsibility to furnish us with a correct e-mail address. 

8. CARTOON NEWS MAGAZINE shall retain copyright to all e-mailed material.
